I have two laptops that have done this to me recently. One was a Dell and the other was a Lenovo. In the Lenovo T410 you don't have the option to change to RAID ATA, but it wouldthe setting is called compatible setting. So I have to say, you saved me alot of time! Thanks!!!! By Bailey posted on Saturday, November 26, 2011 @ 11:12 AMTHANK YOU SOO MUCH!!i don't have a dell, i have a Toshiba, but it worked similar for me. Go into BIOS and advanced settings and select your sata hard drive or something with AHCI. change that to compatibility or something similar and you should be off to XP in no time!
