Mark Broder, owner of Broder Jewelry Design has been making fine jewelry for over 24 years. Mark is a second generation jeweler, apprenticing for his father in a small shop in San Francisco starting in 1983. He later worked for a custom jeweler in Walnut Creek for 17 years where he became a master stone setter and hand engraver. In addition to working at the jeweler's bench, he also worked directly with customers designing custom pieces. He was educated in diamond grading by the Gemological Institute of America. 5 years ago, he opened his own studio at home. His reputation for quality has had retail stores, manufacturers and top designers from around the country consistently seeking his services. Now, Broder Jewelry Design is open in the Sand Creek Business Center in Brentwood. By choosing an office/ studio location rather than a retail storefront, our overheads are lower and that reflects in our pricing. Whether you're looking for diamonds, gemstones or a one-of-a-kind custom creation in gold or platinum, Mark will work one on one with you to design and create the perfect piece of fine jewelry. He can use stones from old jewelry you no longer wear or supply new stones, including GIA certified diamonds. In addition to custom designs, you can order chains, bracelets, charms, pendants, earrings and rings from numerous designer catalogs. Many are available for next day delivery.
