New Home Advertising In Print & Digital

Claremont Homes is longtime JVF client, who turned to JVF to assist with their print & digital advertising campaigns for their new single level housing development, Heartwood Estates in Oakley, CA.

The centerpiece of the campaign is a grand opening BBQ that helps drive potential home buyers and agents to the model home in order to learn about the benefits of buying a single level house at Heartwood Estates.

After the goals of the campaign were established, we designed all of the assets required, which included a 3 column newspaper ad, email newsletter to be used for an eBlast, and banner ads for the PPC campaign.

In addition to the print ads, we leveraged high resolution interior photos of the model home for a digital campaign on Facebook. This campaign targeted a demographic that was based on interests and location which turned out to be a cost effective way to increase awareness about Heartwood Estates.
